Tips on How to Operate More Effectively

I've been in business since 1982 both in the USA and in Canada, and I have a few tips that have worked for me in running my business and getting more things done in a more efficient way.

Here are some tips and suggestions on how to operate more effectively, eliminate distractions and "get stuff done" at work.

1. Delegate, delegate and delegate more tasks to others who can do these tasks, that we don't want to do, or don't know how to do better than we can.

2. Work smarter not harder - use all of the technical equipment to make our work more efficient.

3. Use a Virtual Assistant who can work from their homes and won't need to come to our office and distract us from our daily tasks.

4. Like they say, "the early bird catches the worm". I'm an early riser and I find that when I have to be creative, or work on a new business concept or that I have to write a blog. The earlier I get up the easier it is to complete the task.

These are a few tips that I've used since 1982 in my daily business routine. I have a number of businesses and in order to be efficient and use my time wisely, I've had to implement the 4 tips I mentioned above and a number of others.
