#MarketingMonday - What to do when A GUEST breaks one of your prized outdoor patio benches?


Dear Guest;

Thank you for informing us of the broken bench.  We are so very sorry that this happened on your vacation, and grateful that no one was hurt.


We would also like to maintain a positive relationship and appreciate your reaching out to us in a timely manner.  Of course we don't expect you to pay for the accidental damage to the bench. 

However please accept the enclosed $25 Tim Horton's gift card and we are looking forward to your future visit.  We will re-inspect all of our furniture shortly to ensure this doesn't recur in the future.
